Management
In our organization general body committee is consisted of 9 people from different backgrounds. Out of 9 general body the Executive committee is selected consisting of 7 people. Generally, each and every decision will be discussed in the body meeting and will pass resolutions. Secretary and Treasurer jointly are the authorized signatories for all financial transactions and normally Secretary takes decisions in democratic manner through consultation with governing board members and project staff. Concern with community and participation of community, sometimes issue based decisions will be taken up by the director.     

Administration
There is a self-designed formalized organogram for our organization which defines lines of responsibility. Organisation follows documented procedures and Policies standards for recruitment of staff and offers training for employees on the project which they are going to work. The Additional Project director with Manger (Admin) will monitor the performance of staff in regular intervals. Organisation build-up a self-strategic procedure for all the administrative tasks including purchases required.  

Finance & Accounting Management
We have internal accounting systems with specific formats developed to submit report's annually or as required to the donor agencies and supporters.

Monitoring & Evaluation
We have our own internal monitoring systems which focus on bringing key results. Every year organization conducts internal impact evaluations and modifies its strategies if necessary to bring promised goals.

We are also having a specialized monitoring teams in the areas of the project implementation, in those team the local community leader, general public of the project implementation area and many more public will be involved.

We also conduct evaluation of the project delivery and impact from our organization very frequently to identify the stages of outcomes.
